Harvested entirely from grapes grown in the Riverina region of New South Wales. A brilliant crimson red with deep violet hues. The nose displays aromas of blackcurrant, mulberry and mint. A full-bodied red wine with a full length of palate subtly underlining the bold tannic structure somplimented by the American Oak. Black-pepper and spices mingle with the varietal flavours of the Cabernet Sauvignon. A versatile wine which goes well with red meats, pastas and stir-fry.
